SPOTLIGHT: Typical Pre-K Teachers

Zaynab Roberson and Joanne Williams have a special way of inspiring our young leaders. Together they run the typical pre-school classroom at CFEC and they have not skipped a beat during COVID-19 when it comes to making sure their students continue to learn and grow. Check out some of their class projects and activities on our Facebook Page. Ms. Z, as she is known, took over the Lead Teacher role in August 2019. She recently graduated fro Forsyth Technical Community College with a certification in school-age education (special education) and has a bachelor's degree in finance from NC A&T. Ms. Z received her masters in business administration from Strayer University and is currently in "all but dissertation' status to complete her PhD program in business and technology at Capella University. Joanne has been with CFEC since January 2018, but has worked in the field of early childhood education for more than 33 years. Her passion and love of her students is what makes her a true force in the classroom.
